CBMC, along with the support of many faithful community volunteers, is proud to present Central MN Leaders Prayer Breakfast. This years event will feature Peter Heck as speaker and will be on Thursday, November 16th, 2023. The event will also be held in conjunction with the CBMC Marketplace Ambassador Workshop featuring Mark Miller, Vice President of High Performance Leadership with Chick-fil-A.
Our mission is To encourage and equip marketplace ministers to glorify God in their business and effectively evangelize the lost. The mission of the Christian Business Mens Connection is to present Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord to business and professional men and to help develop them to carry out the Great Commission.
With nearly 1000 in attendance, we feel God calling us to do our absolute best to help everyone attending move one step closer in their relationship with Jesus. Understanding the times we live in, we recognize the importance to answer God’s call into the marketplace to share the Gospel, encourage fellow believers, and live as salt and light in a culture that has largely lost its way. Contributions from our generous partners subsidize costs which helps keep ticket prices affordable and supports the ongoing marketplace ministry of CBMC!
YOUR OPPORTUNITY
To partner with us as a Sponsor and Marketplace Ambassador and commit to Inviting those in your traffic pattern who need to hear the Gospel message! More and more often, those we work, live, recreate with, and even sometimes go to church with do not know Jesus as their personal Savior. Start by spending time throughout the year building relational capital through Christ Like friendships with those in your sphere of influence. Then, invite them personally to join you for breakfast! Over the past 45 years, thousands of people have accepted Christ or recommitted their lives to Jesus after connecting their story with the speaker’s story and ultimately God’s story. You have an opportunity to first, live out the fruits of the spirit in front of them and then, bring them to this year’s Leaders Prayer Breakfast to share a meal, listen to a great speaker, and hear the gospel message!
WE CAN’T DO IT ALONE!
Partner with us financially, but more importantly participate in the Great Commission (Mt28:19) by sponsoring and then prayerfully and intentionally filling your tables with those who you feel led to invite. Although we love to encourage the believers around us, our goal is to help those who are unconvinced hear about and accept Jesus!
OUR NEEDS AND GOALS
The event has grown over the years and the expenses for food, space, and speakers have grown along with it. We make every attempt to be as fiscally responsible as possible, but we still need $42,000 to meet our goals, cover all of the expenses, and keep the cost of attendance reasonable.
